Mayer Museum

The Mayer Museum is a 32,000 square-foot science and culture museum that immerses visitors of all ages in the history and majesty of the Concho Valley. Angelo State University has installed eight replica dinosaurs into the building. The museum will also house art classes, a student gallery, the historic West Texas Collection, and a room with fossils and gemstones.

This facility is a significant contribution to the educational mission of Angelo State University as well as the community and the Concho Valley,

Admission is always free. Group visits or class field trips are welcome. The museum is open Tuesday - Saturday, from 10:00-5:00.
